ARCHITECT’S ROLE
When designing and documenting multi-residential project, Fire services is always the last thing to be coordinated. It is a bad practice as the Fire Equipment (Booster, FHR, FE…) will require their own compartments. The earlier we allocate sufficient space for these items, the more likely, we can achieve a cleaner layout where we may hide them within Walls and Shafts. It is our job to get it right in the most aesthetically pleasing as possible.
